When you place an order with us, we promise to always keep your health in mind and make sure that the delivery person arrives at home safely. All of our drivers are disinfected after every shift so they can bring clean products to you without worrying about spills or germs spreading around!

We use local couriers for the UAE and DHL for all our International deliveries.
Your items will be shipped within 3 days of order. Please note: Customs policies vary from country to country. All applicable fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
For United Arab Emirates orders less than AED 1500 there will be a AED 25 delivery charges and free delivery on orders above 1500 AED.
For All Other Countries, Shipping charges will be determined according to courier com[any charges.
Although we are devoted to delivering within the timeframes stated in our Order confirmation or on our Website, delivery timelines are merely approximations. Time isn’t a factor. Order confirmation begins the timeline. We will, however, offer you with a complete refund if we have not fulfilled your Order within 30 days of confirmation. We are not liable for failures to deliver due to circumstances beyond our effective control, such as when you are unable to accept delivery of your Order or that a delivery date be postponed.
Except for UAE official holidays, orders are delivered timely. It is your responsibility to secure adequate delivery access, including but not limited to weekend.
